*Slack is defined as an overflow of event contestants. Each rodeo has a slotted number of performances with a max amount of contestants for each. We have more cowboys & cowgirls that register to be apart of Airdrie Pro Rodeo, and to ensure that each registered contestant has a fair run for the payout, we include our overflow contestants in Slack.
Our Slack events include Tie Down Roping, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, and Barrel Racing. Still the same high intense & professional athletes will be competing for the Prize money.

Brandon Lorenzo

Brandon Lorenzo is high energy country music artist who calls Airdrie, Alberta home. Brandon has been recognized internationally for his outstanding vocal abilities.
In March 2023, Brandon was awarded Male Vocalist of the Year and Male Entertainer of the Year at the North American Country Music Association Awards in Nashville, TN.
In October 2023, Brandon returned to Nashville and was awarded Male Vocalist of the Year (Modern Country) from The Josie Music Awards, presented at the Grand Ole Opry.​
